Welcome to 99z777 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 99z777 is an English-language online casino and sports betting platform designed to serve players across Pakistan, including those based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as players internationally.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 99z777 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, promotions and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing any wager on 99z777, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably accepted these Terms in their entirety.

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a player on the 99z777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's Account, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit amount, free spins winnings or other incentive granted to a player by 99z777 under an active promotion, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by 99z777 to confirm a player's identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the display currency of the 99z777 platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on 99z777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 99z777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register applicable to the platform's licensing jurisdiction.
• You are registering, depositing and participating in the Services using your own funds and your own verified payment methods.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

99z777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. 99z777 will never contact you via email, live chat or any other channel to request your password.

You must notify 99z777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. We reserve the right to suspend an Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification or upon our own detection of unusual activity.

The following account management provisions apply:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Changes to registered name, date of birth or payment method details require documentary verification before they will be processed.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administration fees, is governed by the platform's dormant account policy as amended from time to time.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to KYC completion.

All Account balances are displayed in PKR. 99z777 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods familiar to players in Pakistan. References to payment contexts such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for player familiarity only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling services by those institutions or confirmation that those services are currently available.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable deposit fees are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 99z777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made under duress, or in breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified in the player's name as part of the KYC process.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard. These figures are denominated in PKR.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to internal security and compliance review timelines. Standard processing targets are displayed at time of withdrawal request and are not guaranteed.
• Any active Bonus Funds attached to an account must satisfy their respective wagering requirements before a withdrawal of real-money Balance can be processed, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 99z777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete such checks within the timeframe stipulated by support may result in withdrawal cancellation.

99z777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to new and existing players as specified in the relevant promotion. Some promotions are restricted by jurisdiction, account history or VIP tier.
• Wagering requirements state the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be staked before a withdrawal request can include funds derived from that bonus.
• Bonuses that are not used or fully wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from the player's account automatically on expiry.
• Where a player holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, the order in which funds are used for wagering purposes will be as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Exceeding these limits may result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from bets that breached the limit.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and certain table games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• 99z777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion.

All casino games available on the 99z777 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real-time outcomes and are operated in accordance with the rules displayed within each game. All sportsbook markets are governed by the platform's sportsbook rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

• The outcome of any game or sporting event is final once settled, subject only to the platform's disputes process.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet placement, the platform's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be determined, stakes will typically be returned to the player's Account.
• Published odds and return-to-player (RTP) figures are accurate at the time of publication. RTP figures for slot games are provided by the relevant game supplier and may be verified through the game information panel.
• In-play sportsbook markets — including live cricket markets for PSL, ICC tournaments and Pakistan national team fixtures, as well as football, UFC and other events — are subject to acceptance delays and may be suspended or voided in accordance with the sportsbook rules.
• 99z777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a clearly erroneous price, a technical error, or information not available to the general public at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99z777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or in any communication with 99z777.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit a promotion.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or otherwise illegitimate means, or using 99z777 Services to launder funds.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt influence over sporting events on which wagers are placed.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to access non-public platform data, APIs or infrastructure.

Where 99z777 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all open bets and pending bonuses, withhold or forfeit the Account balance in accordance with applicable licensing obligations, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required.

99z777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools accessible from within the account dashboard to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the net losses you are willing to accept within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer-term self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly display any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 99z777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the platform or any game software.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trade mark attributions or other proprietary markings displayed on the platform.
• Use 99z777 trade marks, logos or brand assets in any external communication, marketing material or social media without prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of 99z777 intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99z777, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes.
• Delays in processing withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber attacks or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party software suppliers, where such errors have been confirmed by the supplier and addressed in accordance with the supplier's resolution policy.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond 99z777's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 99z777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The platform's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount of verified real-money funds held in that player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

99z777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will provide notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or through a prominent notice on the homepage, no less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (for example, corrections to typographical errors, formatting adjustments, or updates to contact information), no advance notice period is required and the changes will take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99z777 holds its applicable operating licence, as updated from time to time. This is not necessarily the law of Pakistan or the player's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 99z777 in connection with the Services:

• You should first contact 99z777 support to attempt resolution informally. The majority of account and payment queries are resolved at this stage.
• If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate your complaint through the platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from support.
• Where a formal complaint remains unresolved, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified in the platform's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.
